THE PROCESS
Proven Technology. Straightforward Process.
White Lion’s thermal decomposition system operates on a proven scientific process known as pyrolysis. Feedstock is heated in a completely oxygen-free environment — no combustion, no open burning, and no uncontrolled emissions. Instead, the system uses controlled thermal decomposition to extract maximum value from materials that industries currently pay to dispose of.
What goes in: Scrap tires, wood waste, sawdust, agricultural biomass, crop residue, corn stalks, wheat straw, leaves, grass clippings, algae, animal manure, food waste, sugarcane bagasse, coconut husks, rice husks, peanut shells, cotton waste, sewage sludge, yard waste, and other organic feedstocks.
What comes out: Alternative diesel. Syngas. Carbon black or biochar. Electricity. Advanced carbon materials. And a carbon credit stream registered through the Verra Registry.
The system is designed to process between 3 and 150 tons of feedstock per day depending on configuration, operating in continuous 60-day production cycles with an estimated design life of 15 to 20 years.
THE OUTPUTS
Seven Revenue Streams. One Operating Asset.
Alternative Diesel — D2, D4, and Bunker C Approximately 143 gallons of fuel per ton of tire feedstock. Suitable for trucks, marine vessels, generators, and industrial equipment. Planning price range: $1.50 to $3.00 per gallon.
Clean Electricity Up to 10 megawatts per plant — generated on site from biomass, without grid dependency. Suitable for data centers, industrial facilities, and remote or island communities.
Carbon Black From tire and plastic feedstocks. Sold into asphalt, rubber, and plastics manufacturing markets. Further refinable to graphene.
Biochar From plant-based feedstocks. Sold into agricultural amendment and soil restoration markets. Qualifies for carbon capture credits.
Syngas Combustible gas fraction reused to power the reactor internally — supplying more than 85% of process heat after startup. Metered production qualifies for RIN credits.
Renewable Identification Number Credits Approximately $1.00 per gallon of qualifying fuel produced under the U.S. Renewable Fuel Standard.
Carbon Capture Credits Registered through the Verra Carbon Registry. Projected annual value at 5,000 acres of managed biomass exceeds $6.7 million. See Carbon Credit Program page for full detail.
THE EQUIPMENT
The WL50. Built for Commercial Operation.
Factory assembled, tested, and certified before field deployment. No concrete foundations required. Connectable to additional modules including storage tanks, generators, and battery backup. Deployable in 2 to 6 weeks from arrival on site. Redeployable across multiple locations as project needs evolve.
All systems include PLC touchscreen controls, remote monitoring via Wi-Fi or satellite, continuous data logging for credit compliance, and sodium-ion battery storage for stable, clean power delivery.
